In this special Yin Yoga series, we will integrate a self-care portion using lacrosse balls and specific stretching techniques dedicated to different areas to help maintain proper joint and muscular health throughout the 30-day challenge and beyond.
November 3: hands, wrists, ankles and feet
November 10: hips and low back
November 17: neck, shoulders and chest
November 24: yogis’ choice
